In a nutshell, states (such as Illinois, Arkansas, Rhode Island, and North Carolina) have started passing tax laws that have led affiliates programs like Amazon and others to cut their affiliates who live in those states.
So affiliates only options are to deal with their loss of affiliate marketing income or move out of their state!
